Hello,
we have another strange problem.
All our users want is to have unread emails in red plain color.
So we set in policies initial value of font color to plain red as our users wants and are used to.

I have already noticed that it doesn't work 100% correctly when I was making new setups. It always appears in preferences set correctly to plain red but sometimes this setting doesn't work..no problem..at least I can do it manually (means switch it to bold black, apply and then back to plain red).
After that it changes its color to plain red, BUT after couple of days user calls again that it happened again and again and again..
We have now around 150 user with Lotus notes 8.5.2 and will have more and more soon after upgrade will be completely finished, but this is annoying problem.
We have this problem since beginning. At first I thought it is because of some settings in policies (we didn't set any value of this and set it manualy with initial setup) and that after setting it there it will be fine and fixed, but unfortunately it is still there.
I didn't find any topic with similar problem, but maybe someone had this problem as well and can give us an advice how to solve it.
